. all darkness will come to light.
Name;; Harmonious
Breed;; Purest of Arabians
Pelt Color;; Moonlit all-over
Markings;; Untainted
Age;; one year and six months
Gender;; femme
Alliance;; Light
Personality;; Her optimism is rare, even among lights. She always see's the beauty in the misfortune and believes every sunrise brings along a renewed chance. She is happy-go-lucky, and infects other's with her happiness. She is charming, her gaze is enticing. She is playful and witty, she'll catch you in a snare. Her kindness is never-ending, her heart spacious. She is understanding, perhaps from her own misfortunes, she attempts to comprehend other's- even if they don't share her views. Her love is unconditional. She is confident, a tad cocky, though unintentionally. Headstrong to say the least, she won't be bullied around. But she is just a young. Her persona is still in formation. Some day biology plays and important role in personality, well, we'll see about that.
History;; Before the Downfall, Harmonious the Granddam inhabited Dawn. She was of neither light or dark persuasion, though she did have a darker moral. Out of so called "love" the onyx femme united with a dark stallion. The fruits of their passion was Fermata. Oh, this filly was not undecided. She carried her parents' coal complexion and dark heart. The filly was the same age as the Dark Princess and even mingled with her on some occasion... What happened between then and a year ago is obscure...
Fermata, grown, was lost, in unknown territory, separated from everything she knew. But she wasn't alone. Her sides twitched from a kick. She was pregnant. Her memory was hazed, her reality seemed surreal. After agonizing months, her offspring was birthed.
It had no hue. Not even a hint of smudged coal; the thing seemed to glow. It pained her corrupted orbitals.
This is Harmonious's fault, she could never decide who to follow so I'm the one that's cursed with, with, this light
The words rolled of her tongue with a spat. She still remembered where her loyalties where placed.
I will not bear this curse- I did not bring cause to such misgivings. Oh you little witch, I'll curse you for my dam. The good for nothing waste... Harmonious
Those were the only words Harmonious ever heard of her mother. But Providence was on her side. Left to die in the scorching blaze, she quietly lay, awaiting death without knowing life. Her pinnacles swiveled at the sound of curious hoofbeats and a wary snort.
Templado approached the filly, fresh from the womb. The Ivory steed's nostrils flared in recognition. Hm, so they had survived the hell fire. His sister and niece were somewhere, alive and irresponsible. Harmonious grew up wandering the lands with her godfather. He raised her with a pure heart and strong willed mind. He challenged her physically, building her stamina and strength as the months went on. What milk could not provide, fruits and medicinal plants did. He taught her all he knew, including the history of a mythical land of Dawn, but he refused to mention her lineage, to tell her who was "the cursed Harmonious" . She never knew the truth but she was determined to find out. So the day she woke and found her only family gone, without a trace, she knew what she had to do.
Picture;; comingsoon
Roleplay Sample;;The last rays of the flaming sphere licked the yearling's ivory spine. Her delicate carcass seemed to float across the sands of time. Finely tipped hooves barely struck the topography as her pace quickened from a brisk trot to a fluid gallop. She smiled half to herself, anyone looking at her would find it hard to believe she was just a yearling. Her muscles quivered from excitement. Her bodice had been sculpted from the finest genes. And she knew it. The flutes placed on her crown tipped forward, listening for any form of life. She had grown up alone, with only her godfather for companion. She needed others, she needed to see what else there was out there. And she needed answers. Who were her parents? And who in the world was this granddam she was named after? Why did Templado refuse to speak of them, his own kin? Oh, you could be sure she was going to find out. If it was the last thing she did.
She halted to a stop. Lifting her nostrils, she inhaled deeply. The zephyr carried scents so wild and new to her, excitement rippled throughout her entire frame. Equines. Her orbs scanned the view infront of her. To her right, illuminated grounds; blessed. To her left, arid, desolate destruction; cursed. Separating the two worlds was a land of indifference and a hint of rebellion- the undecided. Yes, this place fit the description perfectly. Dawn. It was real, the stories were true and it was her's for the exploring. At a confident pace her pillars extended at a strut towards the blessed, where she belonged. Or so, she thought. Extending her throat she released a melodic whinny from her voice box. The beauty of the land was breathtaking. Emerald stalks sprouted from the rich soil. The arbors extended their branches, heavy with clusters of fresh leaves, in a waving welcome. A cool, calming breeze danced through the lush vegetation, rustling the greens in a sort of symphony. Yes, this was home. She felt it in the red drum that pounded inside her chest.
[ooc; eeh, sorry i'm really rusty, its been a few years(:]
