It was the end of the world as we know it. Yahweh and Beelzebub were at war. They had destroyed everything in their path, leaving the universe a barren, battered battlefield. Gathering all their strength and power, the two Gods met in a final blow that finally destroyed the other and the universe. This was the end of life; the end of time...
Deep in the dark nothingness of death, where the two Gods made final contact, a planet was growing.
Welcome to Dawn, for this is the beginning of a new day, a new life and a new start where anything is plausible.
Through the deep twilight of nightfall a sudden streak of light opens the blackened sky as a bolt of lightning strikes the glistening surface of the frozen lake. A raging fire forms in the center of the ice and a dark shadow appears inside the dancing flames. The blackened creature steps out of the embers and snorts under the guiding light of the two moons, Calling himself Nyteic. As night neared the end of its reign the first light filled a condensing hurricane of wind and water producing a refined creature that took on the form of a white equine, Vita.
These two God-like creatures held a mythical power and under their rule, the world lived in a peaceful balance until they bore two children. The first, Jeremiah, had a golden coat and a heart to match. Layla contradicted her brother with a fiery cold heart, highlighted by a crimson pelt. Both foals carried on the trait of immortality, only having weakness or mercy to the other.
After two years of torture from his sister, Jeremiah could take no more and felt his life was in danger, took flight and went into hiding in hopes of finding other equines of his kind. In anger, Layla took to the opposite side of the land, seeking destruction and an army to destroy her kin.
It was at this time that other equines and creatures, both good and bad, began to appear faced with the decision of who to follow.
