The bay stallion strolled casually to the edge of the meadow, pausing under one of the few trees to watch a vividly painted leaf fall from it's branches. His gaze lingered on the ground a moment, his bodice posed in a graceful stretch as his delicately dished face reached out to catch the scent of the land. A few others of his species had been around not too long ago. Fae and foe alike. Lars snarled his teeth a bit at the catch of other stallion's smells. He hoped he didn't run into any of them. None could live up to the image he had built for himself.
He walked further into the meadow, allowing the suns rays to soak into his auburn shaded coat. Black tendrils drifted around his features as he lowered his head to snatch at the fall grasses while he meandered on. He was relaxed, allowing his awareness to travel outward, hoping to catch the sounds of an approaching mare (not a stallion of course, that would be quite the opposite of what Lars desired).
The grass was not as tender as in the spring and summer, but the occasional gem was among the blades. He was content to nourish himself until he laid eyes on another being. He had not enjoyed simple pleasures on his travels, for he much preferred the company of other horses. Even the possibility of discovering a new place to call home brought delight were there had been mundane. There was potential here among these blades, potential he was determined to discover.

RebirthOvercomer Feeling the coolness of the liquid stream brush up against the Andalusian's feet as she quenches her thirst. For several months she's traveled the outskirts of Dawn with battle scars covering her frame. Rebirth finally came to a resting place here within the meadow. Serpent neck lowered as her velvet kissers touched the cool waters below. Twin towers stood atop her skull alert, listening for unwanted wanderers to approach. After she finished quenching her thirst silver tassel whipped behind her spraying a few showers of water against her figure to cool off. As she moved onto dry land. Being a dark, this mare had a secret. A spy for those that followed Layla and her daughter Laioni. The light king and queens didn't suspect a thing that there was a dark amongst their followers. A devil sneer played upon her lips as the spotted mare found a shade to rest under. of Two dark voids scanned the area as a fresh scent caught her attention. This equine didn't have the normal scent of Dawn, he was a new-comer. Someone that has never been here before. She decided to hide the fact that she was of the dark alliance. But instead show that she was of light or neutral side. A light whinny was sent in the direction of where the scent was coming from. The came from his direction, which meant she could smell him and he couldn't smell her. But Rebirth did give out a call to him. Hoping to get a welcome call back. It's been several months/years since any creatures have returned to Dawn. There was a scent that she knew all to well. The scent of the once dark king or if he was a king to begin with. The scent of Shiva. The one stallion who stole Laioni's black heart. Banner shook ridding those thoughts from her mind as she awaited for the new stallion to return the call or appear. Death

Stirring from his reverie, his ears swiveled. A melody was being played upon the wind, and no male choir either. His head lifted slowly, allowing the breeze to pull the black tendrils from his features. He crushed the last blade, bursting fresh and filling him with a brief memory of spring. Shivers cleansed his skin of any late summer insects still lingering, tassels whipping across his hocks.
Pulling his head into his chest, he collected himself; he arced his neck, his tail raising into the flag that all Arabians carry with them. Posed for a moment he became a statue, a model to represent his breed with pride. Then, rocking back on his haunches, he threw his head up, shaking the stillness into a living fire. All the while, his thoughts composed the symphony he would release.
He began to move in the direction of the sound, not overly hurried, but still at a graceful two-beat. The sound of water reached him and he slowed. Among the jewel tones of the stream he released his song for the fae, a rich baritone searching for a duet, a stallion's bellow with more sweetness and without anger. Coming to stillness he spoke, "What mistress summons me?" He tilted his delicate face, sun beaming off the white half of his face, gleaming against the auburn of the opposite. "Who calls me, who do I answer?"

Overcomer Which is exactly what she'd expected of him to do. The stallion returned the call as well as show himself to her. Stepping from under the shade of the tree feeling the warmth of the sun beat down upon her back. Rarely would she be out in this sun light, but the spotted mare must not show anyone her true colors just yet. For its not time for those. Upon her body the sun revealed battle scars from the past war that happened several months/years ago. Hearing his voice a slight nod of welcome was given to him. "I'm called Rebirth. What might I call thee?" She asked as a flick of her tail swung to her hide swatting a few flies from her before it finally settled. of Two dark voids studied the stallion closely. Watching his body language. His scent carried that of a neutral. No worries, he didn't show no threat to her. Muscles cringed under her pelt as she moved in a circular motion around him. Dark voids eyeing every inch of the stallion. Coming back to the front her attention was back to him. "What brought you here to Dawn?" She asked Death
