Dawn was breaking on this one particularly unique morning. The sky was murky with thick clouds that moved quickly in the strong high wind. Finally light began to break through the seams and shone through the gloomy grey atmosphere on a ivory coloured mare. Her pelt was pure as snow and she carried an aura of a kind innocent soul. Vita was home. Confused and unsure of the previous events she was overwhelmed with feelings. She was concerned and anxious, worried, relieved and excited. She didn’t know where she had been or how she got home and figured she had been gone for years although not certain on that either. The world lay ahead of the Goddess as if it was all brand new again. Perhaps it was a chance to do things over, start again if it wasn’t too late.
A warm summer breeze played with silky tassles and Vita closed her eyes to enjoy it. A gentle rain began to fall from the dark clouds and the dry earth rejoiced to the moisture. On such a beautiful morning, everything delighting with life, her heart longed for it’s other half, her one and only soul mate. Sweet angelic vocals filled the land, telling the world she was here, alive, happy and calling her mate.

Cold light above us Hope fills the heart And fades away Skin white as winter As the sky returns to grey Standing within the Promised Lands, a dark shadow watches the world start to return. His lost soul disappearing into nothingness after the loss of his beloved soul mate. His mind wondered through the abyss as he thought of what became of his granddaughter. Did the charcoal stallion regret of what he'd done to Laioni. Not really. But he should of done something to the filly after she was born. He traveled to the lands where he banished his beloved granddaughter in search of her filly, but couldn't find what he was looking for. The stench of his daughter was caught amongst the winds. Was his and Vita's daughter still lurking? Finding lost souls to train to become masterminds of the dark lands? A shake of his cranium was givin' in disgust at even the slightest thought. Thorns perched at the top of is skull heard the faint angelic vocals of someone familiar entering the lands. Dark lamps scanned over the horizon searching for the one who made those cries.
Shifting his weight, Nyetic released his own cry hoping they would reach her. He felt the rain drops falling upon his black pelt as the clouds opened up. This land apparently needed the rain, for it had been dry long after the immortal gods had left. His massive body moved picking up a steady canter as he followed the sweet scent. A slight whine escaped his voicebox. Unusual for someone like him, but if a mortal was to speak about this. He would cause them great harm. Finally coming to a halt at the top of the hill, dark pools caught sight of her. The snow white body of his beloved Goddess. Body lifted on his back limbs as he lashed out calling out to her. Announcing his proclaim once more. Days go on forever But I have not left your side We can chase the dark together If you go then so will I

A light rain continued to fall upon the realm despite a few rays of sunshine. Its cold touch barely wetted the pristine coat of the pearly goddess. She continued to ponder the recent events; the last she remembered was a fight with Oriel and then travelling as a ghost upon the wind. She wandered where she was called and weakly tried to help but mostly her soul stayed with her love. Watching over him and calming his temper. Now that she was back in her physical body she had not yet seen him and longed for his touch, to be whole again.
Her long slender ears pricked at a sound. A voice she knew and her heart leapt in excitement. Her Arabian form faced the sound and awaited his Godly appearance, eyes bright almost in tears of joy. His nicker caressed her heart. Finally she was blessed with his presence. He reared, showing off his muscular physique. His ebony coat shone, his eyes were deep and mysterious, he was the most handsome creature she had ever seen and to top it he was her one and only true love. She could never be with another, he was her everything. He kept her sane, through all the pressure and responsibility, was always honest and unconditionally loved her back.
The ivory pelted mare tossed her dished cranium, making silky tassles dance upon her nape and she nickered before cantering towards the hellion, blackened hooves splashing through the fresh rain. Words could never explain the feelings of joy and excitement and love she was feeling at that moment. Her body and soul reached out to touch Nyteic, to embrace him.
My love I have missed you so much. I am hazy on the past events and unsure of how I left, when, why or how I’ve returned. But I am here now, at last with you and that’s the only thing I need in this world. Her thoughts filled his skull almost as if words were spoken yet her power could go beyond that and transfer emotions as well hoping he would feel what she felt.
OOC: sorry so bad, it's pretty late here but I wanted to post anyway

Cold light above us Hope fills the heart And fades away Skin white as winter As the sky returns to grey Body moved towards her just as she did to be near him. His world of torment was no longer needed that his beloved snow queen had returned. And in her physical form at that. His black pelt brushed against hers as he draped his neck over her petite nape. Two velvet kissers nipped at her ears as a soft nicker was sent her way. "I've missed you too M'Love. Words cannot describe the pain of that night I lost you." He said with words of a gentleman. Only to his mate will you see this stallion greet her with a warmth embrace.
The wind blew caressing the two of them as Nyetic stands at her side. The two Gods reunited once again. And this time to prepare of what's to come in this future of Dawn. "My dear, it seems that our daughter Layla has returned. But not of physical form and with her something terrible that will change history." He said with a deep hate to his voice. Nyetic should have done something to prevent the new filly to return to the dark lands of the once daughter and granddaughter of his kin. Without moving his body from her touch, his serpent like neck twisted around as he looked to the skies. Something was stirring in the air that felt uneasy to the black hellion.
Brushing it off he returned his gaze back upon the beauty before him as he nipped at her mane. It's hard to see a stallion so dark and full of hate, melt at the site of her snow white pelt. Pulling away slightly giving her some room, but still feeling her touch against his. Nyetic reared to the skies once again releasing a joyous cry. As lightning lit the skies above them and thunder rumbled with excitement. Coming back to earth a flick of his ebony tail whipped at several pests that tried to land on her. Now that the two had become whole and returned to this place on earth. Nothing was going to stand in his way. The charcoal hellion will not let anyone take her away. Not even the soon to be new dark queen. Days go on forever But I have not left your side We can chase the dark together If you go then so will I

She felt like a young teenager in love for the first time every time with Him: her gallant onyx life-long mate and best friend. Wrapped in His embrace with His loving, playful nips she found herself almost giggling, her honey vocals nickering back at Him. The fair dove savored the moment absorbing the feel of His thick coat pressed against hers, His muscular physique like a rock wall beneath. It was times like these where she felt whole, strong and courageous enough to do anything and at the same time at so much peace that it was like the world outside their terrain had disappeared.
His studly melody blessed her ears even though He didn’t need to speak. The thoughts inside His darkened skull filled hers as if they were her own. He could never keep a secret, it was a curse of the heavenly gift and she felt bad for it. He worried about another up rise and hated their own filly for the hurt she had caused. The goddess had to disagree; some say she had too much optimism for she felt there was some good somewhere in her daughter’s heart. It wasn’t always easy being so trusting and it had caused her downfall, she would have to be more careful but how could a mother turn her back on her own kin. Thinking of her loved ones, her son and daughter, she often wondered about having another foal. As if there wasn’t enough damage to Dawn, another heir could bring upon hell, peace or do nothing at all. Chaos filled the planet and peace needed to be restored before such thoughts could continue. She almost lost hope of being with Him again, of having the chance to mate when her soul and body were separated but things were different now. Plus together they could do anything; it’s when they separated that things fell apart. She tried to convey her feelings, keeping her mind as open to Him as His was to hers. She tried to communicate the strength she felt now that they were together again.
Her velveteen adoringly smiled as the hellion reared, obsidian feathers thrashing in the air, using his powers to strike the earth with lightning. The bright light that momentarily filled the sky used to frighten her and now caused adrenalin to bubble in her veins. The thunder rumbled in her bones, the power of its strength causing a shiver of excitement along her pristine pelt. She loved it when He did that. The action seemed to empower him as well and his mindset changed to match hers.
They both faced the world uncertain of the future and Vita unsure of the past; she had many questions that still needed answers.
Well Honey, what do we do now? Where do we start in putting the shattered pieces of this realm back together? Her thoughts filled his crown even though her mind was already open enough for Him to see the chain reaction and hear her thinking she still blessed Him with forming words in her mind just as He had spoken to her when she could already see His thoughts.

Cold light above us Hope fills the heart And fades away Skin white as winter As the sky returns to grey His heart pounded as he wathced her with warmth, love, and passion for his queen through the black voids upon His face. Twin towers flicked atop his skull as he nuzzled her neck before returning to her side once more. "My Queen." He said with much love in his voice that he pulled away just a bit to admire the beauty he once saw before the destruction of their daughter's war took place. He read her thoughts as she did with his. His mind was like a dictionary full of open words that could never be locked up. Hearing her voice within his skull. He also sensed something within her white crown that seemed to reflect on what he's been thinking now that they have become one. Nyteic took a step forwards as the rain slowly started to lift. The rolling thunder has soon faded into the distance only to allow the sun to reappear. The demon did not shy away from the sun as it peeked through the clouds. His onxy coat glistened from the rain as he brushed his muzzle to hers. "How would you like to have another young heir roaming through the Promised Lands?" He asked even though he could already tell. With the excitement he had given her just by the sound of his vocals and the roar of the thunder along with it. Days go on forever But I have not left your side We can chase the dark together If you go then so will I

Soft rays of sun touched her glistening pelt as well; it gave a little warmth as the ivory damsel admired her stud back. The thought of another child was exciting but it wasn’t to be taken lightly. They were Gods, responsible for the destruction, hope, and peace of their lands and another heir had the potential to turn on them and to possibly kill. The immortals have weakness for their own blood relatives and the thought of putting her love and other saplings in danger was frightening. Since returning, Vita swore to be more careful, to return tranquility and trust to her people, to be more responsible, a better leader and carelessly giving into her urges, maternal needs was just the opposite.
As much as I would love to bear your babe, do you think we need permission from our people before taking such a risk? I don’t know honey, there is so much to consider. Is the world prepared, is it safe to bring an infant into this world at this time, am I still fit to be a mother?
The thought of her crimson filly filled her mind, was bad parenting a factor? But through all the worried thoughts the pearly queen still wanted to. The coldest season was upon them with spring not far away. They would have one season, maybe two to decide.

Cold light above us Hope fills the heart And fades away Skin white as winter As the sky returns to grey "You are ready to be a mother again. I can see it in your eyes that you would love to have another child." Nyteic said as he nuzzled his queen. He noticed the look on her face that she was thinking about their daughter. Draping his neck over her's, he nipped at her mane hoping to cheer her up a bit. "We raised two fine children. Even though one wasn't all that great once she hit adult hood, but if you aren't ready to bear another. Then I shall wait till you are." He said finally as he moved off a bit. The sun shone bright over the terrain bringing back the life it once had before the loss of both Gods. Cranium rose as he could see over the lands. The scents of new arrivals entered his nostrils. Each of the three different alliances, but one of the non-believers. His mind wondered to the stallion that took the land of Middle Earth. What had become of that place? Dark voids returned to Vita as he watched her closely. Wondering what she was thinking about.
"When you are ready to make the announcement to everyone that we may or may not produce a new child. I will be there every step of the way. This time I will not leave your side." Nyteic said finally returning to her side. Days go on forever But I have not left your side We can chase the dark together If you go then so will I
